Please read before booking
1. Bookings & Payment. Lessons are booked via the Book Now page or by direct arrangement with NAME. Payment (£30 for 45 minutes, £40 for 1 hour) is due on the day of the lesson via bank transfer or cash, unless otherwise agreed. 2. Cancellations. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less notice may be charged in full. If a lesson needs to be cancelled by the tutor, a replacement session will be offered at no extra cost. 3. Lesson Location & Safeguarding. Lessons may take place online, at the tutor's home, or at the family's home, as agreed in advance. A parent or guardian should be present in the home, or contactable nearby, during all in-person sessions. NAME holds an enhanced DBS certificate as a serving member of school staff. 4. Punctuality. Lessons start and end at the agreed time. Late arrival by the pupil does not extend the session, and the full fee remains payable. 5. Parental Involvement. Parents and guardians are welcome to discuss progress before or after sessions, with regular feedback on progress towards KS2 SATs. 6. Data & Privacy. Any personal information provided, such as contact details, is used only to arrange and manage lessons and is not shared with third parties. 7. Liability. While every care is taken during lessons, Solent Tutors accepts no liability for circumstances outside of its reasonable control. These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version will always be available on this page.
